The Metro District is proud to offer grants to existing churches that exhibit the need.
Overview
Money is never a “stand alone” remedy for plateaued and declining churches, leadership and vision are the greater determining factors in revitalization.
When empowering leaders cast a compelling God-given vision, money does purchase time; time for leaders to reach a level of effectiveness and time for the vision to grip the hearts of committed laity who work the vision.
As the steward of Metro District grant funds, the District Executive Committee (DEXCOM), through its full-time staff, will come alongside the requesting pastors and church leaders to inspire faith, affirm vision, coach pastors, create accountability and exercise authority.
