Our Purpose

To equip churches with the resources and support they need to bring holistic Gospel transformation within their community.

When Jesus established the church, He commissioned the apostles to equip his people, serve others, build up the body, pursue unity, and grow in Christ until they attained the full measure of Christ. We believe the mission of the church is still the same today. The church is the vessel of Christ’s love and mercy, redemption and healing to society.

For every church—big or small, legacy or new plant—we believe in fostering a culture of improvement. The PEAK Profile helps identify where a church is thriving and where there's room to grow, giving leaders a common language for the journey.

For every student and every kid, we believe the next generation is the Church today. NextGen inspires, equips, and collaborates with the local church to disciple young people as a vibrant Gospel presence here, there, and everywhere.

For every worship leader, musician, and tech volunteer, we believe worship is ministry. MetroWorship equips worship and media teams to lead their congregations in ministering to the presence of God.

How We Help Churches Grow

  • Healthy churches need healthy leadership. This three session training will help the church board grow in their understanding of their role as spiritual leaders, gain practical tools for effective organization and church governance, and develop clarity around Alliance partnership and connection to the Metro District.

  • Discipleship is not accidental, it must be cultivated intentionally. We are convinced that disciplemaking is central to the mission of the church and requires creating a culture of discipleship that goes beyond programs. This workshop helps teams build a unified understanding of disciplemaking, identify pathways for new and growing disciples, and leave with practical next steps for their church context.

  • The PEAK Coaching process equips church leadership teams to engage in healthy dialogue and prioritize spiritual discernment as the foundation for strategic missional alignment. The process includes a congregational survey to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth and Kingdom impact. Through guided coaching conversations, leadership teams gain practical tools for greater missional alignment and community impact.

  • Practical guidance for the business of ministry. Access C&MA policy documents, financial management guides, IRS resources for clergy and churches, and insurance contacts — everything your leadership team needs to navigate governance, stewardship, and compliance with confidence.
