1. People and Place Identified

2. Begin Accreditation Process

3. Licensing of Primary Leader

4. Stadia Discovery Center

5. Prospectus

2 pages max.
It should include a 5yr. budget plan, philosophy of ministry, timeline, mission, vision and values, church name, and location.

6. DEXCOM approved the church start and the leader has a signed MOU with the district.

7. Stadia Admin: Apply for Article of incorporation, EIN, bank account, etc.
