Our Purpose
To prepare workers, train leaders, and create global partnerships to fulfill the Great Commission.
Overview
The Alliance is a global movement serving in 70 nations, with over 700 U.S. Alliance people working internationally, reaching more than ten million people at Alliance churches. Since 1887, The Alliance has been training leaders, sending them out, sharing the Gospel, and raising local pastors to plant churches around the world. We accomplish this work through 4 specialized structures of Alliance Missions: CAMA, Marketplace, aXcess, Envision.
Our Strategy
Develop Relationships We bridge the gap between our churches and our international workers.
Training We train leaders to inspire and challenge others to engage in Missions.
Equipping We equip churches to engage across cultures and to reach the unreached in their community.
Identify & Develop We identify and develop future workers to be sent for global engagement.

Connect with Missions Engagement
Serve or Send
If you are interested in serving as an international worker with The Alliance or if you would like to send somebody from your church follow these steps:
- Contact the Missions & Justice Engagement Team
- Inform your local church pastor or leadership team.
- Consider a cross-cultural immersion training day with Envision NYC.
- Pray for God to confirm your calling and provide clarity.
Form a Global Partnership
We believe we are better together. International workers thrive when they have a long-term partnership with a church that is investing spiritually, emotionally, and financially in their success. Churches thrive when they are connected to something bigger than themselves and serving outside the walls of their church. Through Missions & Justice Engagement, we help your church build a long-term partnership with an international field.
Sponsor a Project
Are you passionate about a specific type of ministry? Do you care deeply about human trafficking, modern slavery, education, skills, and trade learning, community centers, or poverty alleviation? Our international workers are servicing all these and much more. Identify what you and your church are passionate about and sponsor a project with Alliance workers.
Envision NYC
We serve immigrant communities who are unreached by the gospel. Our desire is to partner with change agents in these communities and leverage access to the gospel among them. We sow seeds of the gospel into the community through every relationship we have, and we equip churches and emerging leaders with the skills and cultural awareness to reach the unreached.
Welcome an International Worker
Each year we have international workers on tour who are available to speak at your church, share stories from the field, and inspire your congregation to join in on what God is doing. Check out the International Workers on Tour for 2024.
