Registration is $110 per person through Sept. 18th.
Registration includes two lunches.
Late Registration is $140 per person Sept. 21th – Oct. 8th.
Registration closes on Oct. 9th.
District Conference will not be live-streamed.
Registrants are responsible for their own lodging.

- 1st Reading of Reports will be emailed to all registrants on Monday Oct. 2, 2023.
- 2nd Reading of Reports/Zoom Business Meeting will be on Tuesday Oct. 10, 2023 – 12:00pm-1:00pm.
- Final Business Session and Vote will be on Monday Oct. 16, 2023 – 2:00pm, in person only.
- All reports will be posted by Oct. 2, 2023.
- All questions relating to Legislative Review, Nominating Committee and Budget reports can be asked during the 10/10/23 zoom session.
- Further questions must be emailed to office@metrocma.org by Thursday 10/12/2023 at 5pm.
- New nominations for district committees must be received, with prior consent of person being nominated, by Thursday 10/12/2023 at 5pm.

REV. BETTY MOREJÓN

YOUTH MINISTRIES
Betty is a Cuban-blooded, Venezuelan-born, Dutch Caribbean-raised girl who served full-time as the Youth Director at Iglesia Alianza Cristiana y Misionera de Kissimmee in Florida for 15 years. She has also had the opportunity to serve in the Spanish Eastern District as the district’s Youth Ministry Director and as a member of the District Executive Committee. She was consecrated in 2018 and is currently a member of the district’s LO&CC. Her passion is sharing Jesus’ heart and Word with others and learning to abide in Him more and more while she continues to seek the Lord’s direction for her next assignment. When she’s not tackling seminary work you'll typically find her connecting with others over a meal, FaceTiming her nephews, spending time with family or wishing she was at the beach.
REV. MONTY WRIGHT, PhD
DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF ALLIANCE NW
Monty is Amy’s husband, Emma and Liam’s dad, and Cambria’s Papa…he is also currently serving as the District Superintendent of the Alliance NW. He has a passion to develop leaders, engage in spiritual conversations with people contemplating the reality of God, and he longs to see the church really become the church, and stop playing religious games. Monty has a PhD in Apologetics and Philosophy, has authored two books, planted three churches, and believes the best days of the church are ahead of us. He has learned that a consistent rhythm of being with Jesus is the soil from which all kingdom doing must flow.
REV. BRIAN MCMILLAN

CENTERPOINT CHURCH
Brian McMillan is the founder and Lead Pastor of CenterPoint Church, a multicampus church with 7 campuses on Long Island, NY. Over the last 21 years, CenterPoint has grown from a church of 4 to a congregation of over 2500 in one of the most unchurched regions of the country. Brian is also a founding board member of ReviveLI.com, a network of like-minded churches on Long Island, dedicated to joint church planting and collaborative learning to advance the Kingdom of God through NY. Brian is also the Church Planting Director of the Metro District of the Missionary Alliance. Brian is married to Sarah, a marriage and family therapist. They have two boys, Brady and Conor that are currently in high school.
DR. KELVIN WALKER
DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OF METRO DISTRICT
After 30 years of serving the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) as a local church pastor in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New York, as well as in college ministry in Nyack, NY, Kelvin Walker currently serves as the District Superintendent of the C&MA’s Metropolitan District. He also currently serves as member of both the C&MA Board of Directors and the President’s Cabinet and was elected to a 4-year term as Corporate Vice-President at the C&MA’s 2019 General Council. He previously served 3 terms as the president of the Association of African American Pastors, Consecrated Women, and Licensed Workers of the C&MA. Kelvin and his wife, Doni, have six adult children, three of whom are married, and one beautiful granddaughter.

Jen Ashby has been serving in local C&MA churches since 1999, primarily in the areas of outreach, discipleship, and other pastoral ministry. Her passion for the health and effectiveness of local churches led her to the role of Director of Church Health for the Metro District in January, 2023. Jen holds degrees from the University of Kansas and Alliance Theological Seminary, and is certified by and led cohorts for Life-On-Life Formation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Theological Issues Committee for the C&MA in the US.
DR. CHUCK DAVIS
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF
GLOBAL LEAD
Chuck Davis has served in vocational ministry for over 35 years. He has served as a small church pastor in the U.S. and France, missionary church planter, evangelist and Field Director in Mali, and seminary professor. From 2007-2018 he served as the Lead Pastor of Stanwich Church, a multi- staff, multi-campus, multi-cultural and socio-economic church, located in Greenwich and Stamford, Connecticut.
Chuck transitioned from Stanwich Church in 2018, so that he could partner with his wife, Dr. Ingrid Davis, in an itinerant ministry focused on the development and care of leaders for church and mission. Since launching Global Lead, they have ministered on 6 continents and in multiple sites around the United States.
Chuck has published four books, delivers ministry through three websites, and has a daily podcast. The Living Word with Chuck Davis on iTunes or Spotify.

REV. STEVE FOWLER
CHURCH REVITALIZATION DIRECTOR OF ALIANCE NW
Steve was an executive for United Parcel Service, and Production Manager for a manufacturing company in Hood River, OR before his call to pastoral ministry. He has pastored a turnaround church in Kelso, WA, planted an international church in Hong Kong, and served as Lead Pastor of Salem Alliance Church for 13 years. In 2022, he became the Director of Revitalization for the Alliance Northwest District of the C&MA.
Steve was born and raised in Hong Kong, China to a 3rd generation C&MA missionary family. His great-grandparents were missionaries sent from the Gospel Tabernacle in New York to Tibet, his grandparents served in Southwest China, and his parents were C&MA church planters in Hong Kong. Steve and his wife, Trina have 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
REV. OMAR NIEBLES
DIRECTOR OF MISSIONS & JUSTICE ENGAGEMENT
Omar serves the Metro District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance as the Director of Missions & Justice Engagement. In other words, his team's purpose, and his overall passion, is to mobilize the local church to engage peoples and areas that lack access to the Gospel. He is a happy husband to Kerri Niebles and proud DODO (Dad Of Daughters Only to Mia, Noelle, Londyn and Penelope). Last words are most memorable—he loves Jesus.
REV. KIM VALENZUELA
DIRECTOR OF REVITALIZATION & MULTIPLICATION STRATEGY
Kim Valenzuela is the Director of Revitalization & Multiplication Strategy for the Metro District and the Director of the PEAK Program. Kim attends church at New Life Fellowship in Queens, NY. Before moving into Manhattan, she served at Risen King Alliance Church in New City, NY for Small Groups and Spiritual Life. She has served in short and long-term international missions in Peru, Swaziland, and India. She lives in Manhattan with her husband, Andres and their two daughters, AnaSofia and Neomi
DR. RON WALBORN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF
URBAN INITIATIVES FOR ASBURY
THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY
Dr. Ron Walborn is the Executive Director of Urban Initiatives for Asbury Theological Seminary in New York City. Previously, Ron served as a Professor of Pastoral Theology, Vice President and Dean of Alliance Theological Seminary and Nyack College (Alliance University) in New York City and San Juan Puerto Rico for 24 years. He has a B.A. in History from Nyack College, an M.Div. from Alliance Theological Seminary and a DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dr. Walborn has planted and pastored churches in Connecticut and California. He has authored one book and numerous articles and chapters for other publications. He has lectured and spoken at churches, conferences and other events both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Walborn was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania in a ministry focused family. Ron and his wife, Dr. Wanda Walborn have four married adult children and five beautiful grandchildren.
